Job Responsibilities:

✦   Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, Consumer Goods Cloud-Retail Execution.

✦   Strong understanding of Consumer goods cloud web & Offline mobile app configuration/customization.

✦   Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including FLOW, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations and data management tools like Data Loader.

✦   Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.

✦   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

✦   Experience with the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment.

✦   SDLC Knowledge: Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, such as Agile.

✦   Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

✦   Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the consumer goods industry and its specific business processes.
