Job Responsibilities:
✦ Salesforce Contact Center / Integration Developer with extensive experience integrating Salesforce (Service Cloud, OmniChannel, Voice/CTI) with Genesys and NICE CXone contact center platforms.
✦ Design and build APIs (REST/SOAP).
✦ Author and transform JSON payloads.
✦ Implement secure and scalable integrations across CRM and CCaaS ecosystems.
✦ Partner with Solution Engineers and Architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
✦ Develop call flows, scripting, and end-to-end voice routing.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
✦ 2+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in software design and development.
✦ Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, OmniChannel, Salesforce Voice/CTI concepts, Lightning, Apex (REST services), Flow, Platform Events, Named Credentials, External Services, Connected Apps.
✦ Experience with Genesys Cloud (Architect, Data Actions, Web Services) and NICE CXone (Studio, ACD, APIs, scripting).
✦ Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, webhooks, event-driven patterns, middleware, data mapping, idempotency, retries, and error handling.
✦ Advanced JSON knowledge; XML, JWT/OAuth2.
✦ Experience with Git, CI/CD concepts, logging/monitoring, unit/integration testing, Agile/Scrum.
✦ Strong API design, cloud computing methodologies, integration testing, programming, SDLC, and technical documentation skills.
✦ Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, container tools, databases, and programming languages including JavaScript, Python, SQL.
