Job Responsibilities:

✦   Participate in the full application life cycle including architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.

✦   Write, test, and deploy high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code.

✦   Create and customize Lightning Components.

✦   Design data models and implement Salesforce objects including custom objects, fields, and relationships.

✦   Perform performance engineering using code optimization techniques, modular development, caching, and asynchronous workflows.

✦   Contribute to solution analysis, proof-of-concepts, and validations.

✦   Identify risks, manage change, and design scalable cloud solutions.

✦   Gather technical requirements and translate user stories into technical delivery.

✦   Work with designers and engineers to implement front-end and back-end requirements.

✦   Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving platform issues.

✦   Participate in Agile processes including standups, demos, retrospectives, and sprint planning.

✦   Document development processes and technical designs.

✦   Stay up to date with Salesforce trends and features.

✦   Enforce best practices and coding standards.

✦   Implement testing strategies including unit and integration testing.

✦   Lead cross-team collaborations and knowledge sharing.

✦   Drive automation-first approaches using Apex and RPA.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree.

✦   6+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.

✦   Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

✦   Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States.

✦   Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce data modeling.

✦   Experience with REST APIs and integrations.

✦   Experience with Copado CI/CD pipelines and best practices is preferred.

✦   Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

✦   Understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Developer I, Developer II, or Platform App Builder preferred.
