Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Pardot/Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
✦ Participate in the full application development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
✦ Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
✦ Develop custom functionality using Apex (classes, triggers, test classes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce.
✦ Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and security models.
✦ Build and maintain Salesforce Flows (record-triggered and screen flows) to automate business processes.
✦ Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) using APIs and integration tools.
✦ Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
✦ Support deployment activities and maintain documentation including technical designs and test results.
✦ Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities to internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
✦ 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
✦ Experience working across multiple Salesforce clouds, including CPQ (strongly preferred).
✦ Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator required.
✦ Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
✦ Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Developer Console, Workbench).
✦ Experience configuring Salesforce (workflows, validation rules, approval processes, security models).
✦ Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows.
✦ Understanding of Salesforce CPQ and its role within sales and service processes.
✦ Experience with Experience Cloud, including customer-facing portals.
✦ Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems (SAP or similar preferred).
✦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
✦ Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
✦ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
