Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work on end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

✦   Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional design documents.

✦   Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Customize and configure Salesforce using low-code tools and standard features.

✦   Develop components using Apex, Lightning Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Configure Experience Cloud / Community Portal.

✦   Conduct system testing, UAT, and end-user training sessions.

✦   Manage requirement changes and ensure stakeholder communication.

✦   Participate in release management using VS Code, GitLab, Jenkins, and DevOps tools.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.

✦   Provide solutions for complex business and technical challenges.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce development and configuration.

✦   Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Good understanding of Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities.

✦   Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Strong knowledge of business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.

✦   Experience in UAT coordination and functional testing.

✦   Understanding of Dealer Management and Order Management processes.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.

✦   Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✦   Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

✦   Experience level: 4–8 years.

✦   Domain experience in Manufacturing or Automotive preferred.
