Job Responsibilities:

✦   Oversee the configuration and coding of new and existing Salesforce features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders, and third-party applications.

✦   Develop solutions in Salesforce.com utilizing Force.com, Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Web Services, and APIs.

✦   Support system integrations across the native Salesforce ecosystem, backend services, and AWS technologies.

✦   Collaborate with product managers and program teams to deliver customized solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

✦   Engage in planning and analyzing requirements for system enhancements and translate them into well-architected Salesforce solutions.

✦   Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce to improve business processes and determine when to use configuration vs. code vs. out-of-the-box products.

✦   Handle Salesforce support requests and address escalated user needs by providing timely resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure.

✦   Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.

✦   Experience with Linux/Unix.

✦   Experience with Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.

✦   Experience with integrations between Salesforce and backend systems or AWS technologies.

✦   Ability to build scalable, user-friendly products and APIs from scratch.

✦   Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

✦   Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build processes is preferred.
