Job Responsibilities:

✦   • Support and improve Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes enabled through Salesforce and related platforms such as Zuora or RCA.

✦   • Deliver assigned projects and enhancements on time using sound development practices, estimation, and execution.

✦   • Troubleshoot scripts, workflows, and integrations across enterprise applications.

✦   • Assess current implementations and contribute to roadmap planning for improvements and new feature requests.

✦   • Build strong working relationships with business partners across GTM, Finance, IT, and Legal teams.

✦   • Support testing efforts and help develop test plans based on business requirements and solution design.

✦   • Validate deployments impacting systems such as RCA, Zuora Quotes CPQ, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, Avalara, Conga, and DocuSign.

✦   • Document requirements, system design, milestones, deliverables, action items, deployment details, and approvals in JIRA.

Job Requirements:

✦   • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with exposure to Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.

✦   • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Flows, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, Visualforce Pages, and Gearset.

✦   • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Zuora (RCA experience is a plus).

✦   • Strong understanding of GTM processes and subscription-based enterprise platforms.

✦   • Experience building and supporting scalable CPQ-related enterprise solutions.

✦   • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

✦   • Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and third-party providers.

✦   • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
