Job Responsibilities:

✦   Serve as the senior Salesforce expert for the fundraising team managing Salesforce NPSP for the Office of Development.

✦   Lead design and execution of development strategy in partnership with the Product Owner.

✦   Build and maintain features and automations using a declarative-first approach.

✦   Lead solution reviews and provide feedback on automations and features.

✦   Manage full development lifecycle ensuring security, scalability, and performance optimization.

✦   Review Salesforce releases and ensure org compliance.

✦   Mentor junior team members.

✦   Contribute to DevOps processes using Copado and Azure.

✦   Evaluate, install, and maintain managed packages.

✦   Collaborate with integration teams for system integrations and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements:

✦   6–8 years of Salesforce platform experience.

✦   Experience in Salesforce NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud preferred.

✦   Strong experience in Flows, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer and Administrator certifications preferred.

✦   Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.

✦   Experience with DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.

✦   Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

✦   Experience with integrations, ETL, and third-party Salesforce packages.

✦   Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
