Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage the full development lifecycle for the Salesforce org ensuring solutions are secure, optimized for performance, and scalable.

✦   Build and maintain solutions of diverse complexity with a declarative-first mindset.

✦   Lead solution reviews and provide feedback on features built by the team.

✦   Mentor junior team members.

✦   Evaluate design trade-offs and benefits during solution planning.

✦   Review Salesforce releases and product updates and prepare the org for compliance.

✦   Contribute to DevOps processes using Copado and Azure.

✦   Evaluate and maintain managed packages and integrations.

✦   Troubleshoot system issues and support operational stability.

✦   Collaborate with internal ETL and integration teams.

✦   Install and manage third-party Salesforce integrations.

Job Requirements:

✦   6–8 years of Salesforce platform experience.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

✦   Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Platform Administrator II.

✦   Experience with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Nonprofit Cloud preferred.

✦   Strong experience with Flows, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.

✦   Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset.

✦   Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

✦   Experience working with integration and ETL teams.
