Job Responsibilities:

✦   Research various internal requests to determine appropriate course of action and follow through to resolution.

✦   Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources and technical requirement documentation.

✦   Utilize Salesforce technical aspects such as Apex triggers, classes, and batch jobs.

✦   Develop enhancements to Salesforce.com and related systems.

✦   Provide ongoing technical support of existing integrated Salesforce applications.

✦   Analyze and identify technical needs within Salesforce and website integration.

✦   Lead the design for integration of SFDC and develop solutions in Visualforce and Apex.

✦   Conduct technical process, design, and build reviews with seniors.

✦   Participate in technical architecture discussions and implementation design.

✦   Support Salesforce reporting, business processes, administration, and user support.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

✦   Salesforce experience required.

✦   2–4 years of object-oriented programming experience required.

✦   2–4 years of web development experience preferred.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, triggers, classes, and batch jobs.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and system architecture.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✦   Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

✦   Experience with tools such as VS Code and Azure DevOps preferred.

✦   Basic understanding of statistics, finance, and automotive lending is a plus.
