Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Lightning components to meet business requirements.

✦   Build responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.

✦   Implement and configure community features such as self-service portals, knowledge bases, and case management.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

✦   Ensure seamless user experience by optimizing performance, accessibility, and security.

✦   Customize community templates, themes, and branding.

✦   Implement Salesforce security best practices.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to functionality and performance.

✦   Stay updated on Salesforce features and recommend improvements.

✦   Document technical designs and processes.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions.

✦   Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning framework including Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration including objects, workflows, process builder, and flows.

✦   Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce security models.

✦   Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.

✦   Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform Developer preferred.

✦   Experience with Salesforce CMS, Audience Targeting, or Einstein Analytics preferred.

✦   Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools.
