Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose scalable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Provide expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.

✦   Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, troubleshooting, and production support.

✦   Support, maintain, and enhance existing Salesforce application ecosystems.

✦   Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.

✦   Manage and coordinate release activities ensuring smooth deployments.

✦   Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical and business issues.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery.

✦   Mentor and guide team members while providing technical leadership.

✦   Drive best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

✦   5–8 years of experience in Salesforce development and support.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.

✦   Hands-on experience in production support, issue resolution, and troubleshooting.

✦   Experience in Salesforce release management and deployment processes.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✦   Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
