Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, build, and deploy scalable applications using Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, PSS) and other low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, or Microsoft Power Apps.

✦   Configure and customize low-code platforms to deliver solutions, including workflows, screen flows, rules engines, data validations, and page layouts.

✦   Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and low-code solution designs in collaboration with stakeholders.

✦   Develop automated workflows and integrations with third-party systems and enterprise platforms using APIs and integration frameworks.

✦   Ensure quality by conducting thorough testing, maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional agile teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

✦   Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on application development experience focused on low-code platforms, specifically with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and ITSM solutions (e.g., Case Management).

✦   Development Proficiency: Strong experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, Apex, and Platform API development within a low-code context.

✦   Certifications: Salesforce certification(s) (e.g., Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud) is required or strongly preferred.

✦   Technical Foundations: Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).

✦   Process & Tools: Experience working in agile teams and familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated deployments) and version control (Git).

✦   Core Competencies: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
