Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Public Sector Cloud and Government Cloud solutions aligned with client business requirements.

✦   Collaborate with consultants, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM implementations and enhancements.

✦   Configure Salesforce applications, workflows, automation processes, integrations, and custom components to support operational needs.

✦   Participate in technical discussions, architecture planning, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities across project lifecycles.

✦   Ensure high-quality coding standards, system performance, security compliance, and platform optimization within Salesforce environments.

✦   Support remote project delivery while coordinating with distributed international teams.

✦   Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical expertise during implementation and post-deployment support.

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM technologies, including Public Sector Cloud or Government Cloud implementations.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce customization, Apex, Lightning Components, integrations, workflows, and platform configuration.

✦   Experience delivering enterprise-level Salesforce projects in public sector or regulated industries.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, APIs, security standards, and deployment practices.

✦   Ability to work independently in remote environments while collaborating with distributed teams.

✦   Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications are highly valued.

✦   Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period preferred.
