Job Responsibilities:

✦   Hands-on development using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL, SOSL.

✦   Build and customize applications using Aura Components and Lightning App Builder.

✦   Develop and implement complex business logic using Flows and automation tools.

✦   Build secure, scalable, and reusable components on the Lightning Platform.

✦   Implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, external services, and third-party systems.

✦   Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth data exchange across platforms.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce admin functionalities including Profiles, Permission Sets, Object/Field configurations, Validation Rules, and Sharing Settings.

✦   Extensive hands-on experience configuring Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, etc.).

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years of strong hands-on experience in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex in Sales / Service Cloud.

✦   Expertise in Lightning development (Aura Components, Lightning App Builder).

✦   Hands-on experience in Salesforce Integrations.

✦   Solid understanding of Admin features — Profiles, Permission Sets, Security Model.

✦   Hands-on configuration expertise in Flows (mandatory).

✦   Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code and configurations.

✦   Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

✦   Experience with version control or deployment tools.

✦   Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.
