Job Responsibilities:
✦ Flow Development: Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Flows to create scalable and efficient business processes.
✦ Custom Development: Build solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other programmatic tools.
✦ Integration Design: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs or middleware.
✦ Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, processes, and configurations.
✦ Root Cause Analysis: Identify underlying causes of issues and implement permanent fixes.
✦ Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve defects in Flows, Apex classes, and LWCs.
✦ Performance Optimization: Improve code and configurations for scalability and maintainability.
✦ Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for platform issues.
✦ Requirement Analysis: Gather and refine business requirements for enhancements and system changes.
✦ Solution Design: Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
✦ Backlog Grooming: Participate in Agile backlog refinement and prioritization sessions.
✦ Stakeholder Communication: Communicate requirements, acceptance criteria, and design considerations clearly.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5+ years of Salesforce experience across declarative and programmatic development.
✦ Salesforce Developer I certification required.
✦ Salesforce Administrator certification required.
✦ Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
✦ Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
✦ Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Copado, or Gearset.
✦ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
✦ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
✦ Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for scalability and performance optimization.
✦ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
