Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for customer service teams.

✦   Work on configuration and development within Salesforce Service Cloud.

✦   Manage Salesforce teams and projects in a leadership role.

✦   Develop integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

✦   Utilize version control tools like GitHub.

✦   Work with Apex, Triggers, Flows, and Data Loader.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud including configuration and development.

✦   3+ years of experience in a leadership or senior role managing Salesforce teams and projects.

✦   Experience in designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

✦   Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

✦   Experience with version control tools such as GitHub.

✦   Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, and Flows.
