Job Responsibilities:
✦ Own assigned Jira tickets from analysis and estimation through development, testing, and deployment.
✦ Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes.
✦ Identify enhancement opportunities from recurring support requests.
✦ Build and enhance Apex classes, triggers, test classes, and Lightning Web Components.
✦ Develop scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
✦ Support integration-related work including APIs and middleware coordination.
✦ Perform complex Salesforce configurations such as Flows, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Assignment Rules, and Approval Processes.
✦ Manage data operations including data loads, cleansing, and deduplication.
✦ Maintain system security, user access, and metadata hygiene.
✦ Work directly with business users to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
✦ Conduct demos, support UAT, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
✦ Serve as the onsite Salesforce subject-matter expert for daily needs.
✦ Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and solution design.
✦ Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and standards.
Job Requirements:
✦ 6–10 years of Salesforce experience across development and administration.
✦ Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
✦ Excellent understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities.
✦ Experience working in Agile environments with Jira.
✦ Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
✦ Salesforce certifications such as Admin or Platform Developer I/II are a plus.
✦ Semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
✦ Knowledge of presales and sales processes including pricing, quoting, opportunities, registrations, and samples.
