Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Administer and configure Salesforce orgs across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.

✦   Build and maintain Flow automations, SOQL queries, and process automations aligned to business requirements.

✦   Architect and manage API integrations and event-driven architectures across multi-org environments.

✦   Apply Salesforce security model best practices including OWD, role hierarchies, profiles, and sharing settings.

✦   Optimize performance through governor limit awareness, query tuning, and scalable data modeling.

✦   Ensure delivery quality with a first-time-right, zero-defects production approach.

✦   Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Work with enterprise integrations and data platforms such as Snowflake (preferred).

✦   Support AI capabilities, agentic frameworks, and Salesforce Einstein features (preferred).

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong administration and development skills.

✦   Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

✦   Strong experience in Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Experience with Flow automation, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including OWD, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.

✦   Experience in API integrations and event-driven architectures.

✦   Performance optimization and scalable data modeling experience.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications preferred.

✦   Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certifications preferred.

✦   Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

✦   Exposure to AI/Agentic frameworks or Salesforce Einstein is a plus.
