Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.

✦   Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and flows.

✦   Build scalable and reusable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

✦   Develop integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Implement security controls including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.

✦   Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Perform code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.

✦   Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

✦   Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities across environments.

✦   Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

✦   Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

✦   Assist in implementing Agentforce capabilities and Agentic AI integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

✦   Work with Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and AI-powered automation features.

✦   Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI-driven workflows and intelligent customer engagement solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Must-Have Skills: Agentforce, Einstein AI, Agentic AI integrations, Salesforce AI Cloud.

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.

✦   Experience with Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, workflows, flows, and validation rules.

✦   Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.

✦   Experience working in Agile environments.

✦   Experience with CI/CD and deployment processes.

✦   Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
