Job Responsibilities:

✦   Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.

✦   Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation.

✦   Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform.

✦   Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking.

✦   Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly.

✦   Demonstrate analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.

✦   Ability to guide/mentor other developers and troubleshoot issues.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience: 4+ years.

✦   Must have experience in working with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud or Force.com platform.

✦   Must have at least 1 year experience in building Lightning applications and using Lightning Design system.

✦   Must have 1 year experience of developing Aura Components.

✦   Strong JavaScript skills.

✦   Exposure on Salesforce Process builder, workflows, Email notification mechanism.

✦   Hands-on experience on web service development (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.).

✦   Well versed with security for API development.

✦   Well versed with Apex development, writing triggers, handlers, apex classes, exception handling, bulk processing.

✦   Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as AutoRabit, GitHub, Jenkins, Visual Studio is preferred.

✦   Experience working on Salesforce platforms along with MuleSoft is preferred.

✦   Direct experience working on CRM projects for the financial industry is preferred.

✦   Salesforce Advanced Developer certification is highly preferred.

✦   Excellent communication skills.

✦   Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

✦   UG: Any Graduate.

✦   PG: Any Postgraduate.
