Job Responsibilities:

✦   Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.

✦   Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation.

✦   Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform.

✦   Ability to guide or mentor other developers and troubleshoot issues.

✦   Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking.

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years of experience.

✦   Salesforce experience of 3 to 4 years with minimum of 1+ year of Aura Component Development experience.

✦   Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Force.com platform.

✦   Experience building Lightning applications and using Lightning Design System.

✦   Experience developing Aura Components.

✦   Strong JavaScript skills.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Process Builder, workflows, and email notification mechanisms.

✦   Hands-on experience on web service development (REST and SOAP, JSON and XML) with Lightning components.

✦   Well versed with security for API development.

✦   Strong experience with Apex development, triggers, handlers, Apex classes, exception handling, and bulk processing.

✦   Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as AutoRabit, GitHub, Jenkins, Visual Studio is preferred.

✦   Experience working on Salesforce platforms along with MuleSoft is preferred.

✦   Direct experience working on CRM projects for the financial industry is preferred.

✦   Salesforce Advanced Developer certification is highly preferred.

✦   Excellent communication skills.

✦   Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

✦   Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
