Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead the definition, design, architecture, implementation, and delivery of CRM system.
✦ Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to optimize the Salesforce experience and troubleshoot issues.
✦ Collaborate with software engineers on the Digital team to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other systems.
✦ Own end-to-end quality of Salesforce solutions from code to test to integration to deployment to support.
✦ Simplify complex problems through innovation, creativity, and sound judgment.
✦ Act as an authority on Salesforce solutions and guide technical and business decision-making.
✦ Drive awareness of technical decisions and their impact on the business.
✦ Mentor team members and support career development within the organization.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
✦ 3+ years of professional experience in Salesforce implementations.
✦ 3+ years of programming experience with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
✦ 2+ years of experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
✦ 2+ years of experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipeline.
✦ Experience implementing reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
✦ Familiarity with Messaging for in-app and web components.
✦ Experience implementing CTI solutions for Salesforce (Amazon Connect is a plus).
✦ Experience implementing case automation through Omnichannel.
✦ Familiarity with performing admin tasks in Salesforce.
