Job Responsibilities:
✦ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate Salesforce-based software solutions aligned with business needs.
✦ Conduct system requirement analysis and application customization.
✦ Assist with software updates and release rollouts for Salesforce applications.
✦ Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
✦ Work with Quality Assurance teams to ensure software meets technical specifications and quality standards.
✦ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce applications and integrations.
✦ Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and propose long-term fixes.
✦ Manage stakeholder communication during incidents, enhancements, and releases.
✦ Contribute to CI/CD release planning and deployment activities using DevOps tools.
✦ Perform post-deployment validation and ensure system stability.
✦ Maintain documentation including RCA reports, design documents, and knowledge articles.
✦ Conduct training sessions for end users of internal applications.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5–7.5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
✦ Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, Apex, Vlocity/OmniStudio, OmniScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
✦ Experience with Experience Cloud is a plus.
✦ Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
✦ Experience in DevOps/CI-CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Copado, or Jenkins.
✦ Ability to analyze complex codebases and troubleshoot integration issues.
✦ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
✦ Experience in production support and incident management.
✦ Ability to write high-quality technical documentation.
✦ Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
