Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead the design, architecture, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce CRM solutions supporting commercial and customer-facing teams.
✦ Collaborate closely with sales and customer support teams to optimize Salesforce functionality and resolve operational issues.
✦ Partner with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and broader digital platforms and systems.
✦ Own the full lifecycle of Salesforce development, including coding, testing, integration, deployment, and production support.
✦ Simplify complex business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
✦ Serve as a technical authority on Salesforce, providing guidance on architecture decisions, trade-offs, and long-term platform strategy.
✦ Drive awareness of technical impacts on business outcomes, ensuring solutions align with organizational priorities.
✦ Mentor and support other engineers, contributing to technical growth and best practices across the team.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
✦ 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
✦ Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
✦ Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud environments.
✦ Solid experience with Git or other version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
✦ Proven ability to build Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
✦ Familiarity with Salesforce messaging tools and UI components for web and in-app experiences.
✦ Experience implementing CTI solutions (Amazon Connect experience is a plus).
✦ Knowledge of case automation using Omnichannel and standard Salesforce admin functionalities.
✦ Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in fast-paced environments, and strong cross-functional communication abilities.
