Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, build, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for automated Salesforce deployments.

✦   Implement and maintain version control strategies using Git-based source-driven development.

✦   Define and manage environment branching strategies across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production.

✦   Automate deployment processes using tools such as Gearset, Copado, or SFDX/SF CLI.

✦   Establish and enforce deployment best practices, rollback procedures, and release management processes.

✦   Set up automated testing integration within the deployment pipeline to ensure code quality.

✦   Work closely with development and integration teams to ensure seamless and reliable releases.

✦   Document processes, pipelines, and deployment standards for the broader team.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Gearset, Copado, or similar).

✦   Proficiency in Git and source-driven development workflows.

✦   Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

✦   Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment methodologies (SFDX, Metadata API).

✦   Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across distributed teams.

✦   Experience with multitenant Salesforce architectures.

✦   Familiarity with static code analysis tools such as PMD or Checkmarx.

✦   Prior experience supporting large-scale Salesforce migrations or platform consolidations.

✦   Salesforce DevOps Engineer with Azure DevOps and YAML Scripting.

✦   8+ years of experience.
