Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce DevOps processes and release management frameworks.

✦   Manage end-to-end Salesforce deployments using Copado across multiple environments.

✦   Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support agile and scalable Salesforce development.

✦   Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to streamline release cycles.

✦   Configure and maintain Copado features including user stories, promotion pipelines, automated deployments, version control integration, and compliance controls.

✦   Manage Salesforce environment strategy, including sandboxes, scratch orgs, and production releases.

✦   Implement Git-based version control best practices and branching strategies.

✦   Monitor deployment health, troubleshoot release issues, and ensure minimal downtime during production releases.

✦   Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for Salesforce DevOps processes.

✦   Support automated testing integration and deployment validation activities.

✦   Drive continuous improvement initiatives for deployment efficiency, quality, and release predictability.

✦   Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership on DevOps best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   3–5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps, Release Management, or Salesforce Platform Engineering.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Copado DevOps platform.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce Metadata API, deployment processes, and environment management.

✦   Experience with Git repositories and version control systems.

✦   Knowledge of CI/CD concepts, automated deployments, and release orchestration.

✦   Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce DX (SFDX) and modern Salesforce development lifecycle practices.

✦   Familiarity with deployment automation, code quality management, and testing frameworks.

✦   Knowledge of change management and release governance processes.

✦   Experience with GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket integrations.

✦   Exposure to Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD tools.

✦   Experience with automated testing tools and Salesforce testing frameworks.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce security and compliance best practices.

✦   Copado certifications are highly preferred.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

✦   Relevant Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Copado Fundamentals or Copado DevOps Certifications.
