Job Responsibilities:

✦   A Salesforce DevOps Engineer is integral to any team aiming to implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for Salesforce. They bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows. Introduce processes, tools, and methodologies to balance needs throughout the software development life cycle, from coding and deployment to maintenance and updates. Gather requirements from different stakeholders and teams within the business. Maintain the platform, including staying up to date on new features and releases, as well as fixing any bugs. Train users on new functionality or features. Responsible for implementing scalable solutions including continuous delivery, optimization, monitoring, release management, and supporting the end-to-end release process. Ensure all Salesforce updates move seamlessly from development through staging to production.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience with Salesforce platform production deployments working in an agile methodology environment. Experience in Continuous Integration Tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Ant. Experience in Salesforce environment management tools. Experience in Windows and Linux scripting. Experience working with overlapping product release cycles. A good team player with the ability to learn quickly and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
