Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
✦ Automate testing, integration, and release processes using tools like Salesforce DX, Jenkins, and Git.
✦ Manage Salesforce environments, including sandbox seeding, metadata deployments, and rollback strategies.
✦ Collaborate with developers, admins, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.
✦ Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize deployment workflows.
✦ Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and audit trails.
✦ Maintain version control and manage source code repositories.
✦ Define and track DevOps KPIs such as release velocity, lead time, change failure rate, and restore time.
✦ Provide technical documentation and support for deployment processes.
✦ Stay updated with Salesforce releases and DevOps trends to recommend improvements.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
✦ 8 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce development or DevOps roles.
✦ Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL.
✦ Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset).
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and metadata.
✦ Team leading experience handling teams and mentoring colleagues.
✦ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
✦ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
✦ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) are preferred.
✦ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools is preferred.
