Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead design and development for Revenue Cloud / Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator (DRO) and internal/external integrations for telecom order management.

✦   Build and optimize revenue orchestration flows including order decomposition, orchestration, and order lifecycle for telecom products and bundles.

✦   Translate telecom commercial offerings into scalable Salesforce configurations and technical products.

✦   Define and optimize integration strategies, data models, and process automations.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with telecom OSS/BSS systems such as provisioning, field service, shipping, and billing.

✦   Guide developers, ensure code quality, and manage technical delivery across agile teams.

✦   Handle production deployments and provide post-implementation support.

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of Salesforce experience with Revenue Cloud and Vlocity OM exposure.

✦   Strong knowledge of telecom domain including Quote-to-Cash, order lifecycle, subscription lifecycle, fulfillment, billing, and product catalog.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity OM including order orchestration, decomposition, fulfillment, and fallout management.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, LWC, integrations (REST/SOAP), MuleSoft, and TMF Open APIs.

✦   Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Administration, Omnistudio, and telecom order orchestration.

✦   Experience in transforming legacy order management systems to Salesforce Revenue Cloud/DRO.

✦   Knowledge of Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator (DRO).

✦   Preferred certifications include Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer I/II.
