Job Responsibilities:

✦   Provide technical development in designing, developing, and maintaining the Salesforce ecosystems aligned with architecture and implementation best practices.

✦   Perform as an internal consultant and change agent.

✦   Collaborate, define, and maintain effective and efficient development processes including coding standards, design philosophy, testing methodology, and UI standards.

✦   Ensure enhancement requests are groomed and clarified before development.

✦   Develop optimal solutions considering user needs, system performance, maintainability, and scalability.

✦   Work with Lightning Flows and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Optimize queries using indexes and skinny tables.

✦   Review development work by peers and provide feedback.

✦   Write scenario-based test classes for automated testing.

✦   Provide assistance to production support team.

✦   Participate in estimation, scope, and completion of development requests.

✦   Assist in training users and improving Salesforce skills across the organization.

✦   Act as liaison between users and application development teams.

✦   Document development tasks using design documents and flow diagrams.

✦   Work with cross-functional teams to identify technology changes impacting business processes.

✦   Prepare flow charts, diagrams, and architectural documentation.

✦   Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

✦   Four-year degree or equivalent experience.

✦   4+ years developing in Apex language including triggers, batches, and integration frameworks.

✦   2+ years building modularized Lightning Web Components and external libraries.

✦   Experience with Lightning Flows, Platform Events, and event-based subscription patterns.

✦   Preferred experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and best practices.

✦   Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

✦   Excellent organizational and communication skills.

✦   Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

✦   Ability to evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, and understand user needs.

✦   Ability to assess impact of new requirements on systems and processes.

✦   Ability to design and implement new processes.
