Job Responsibilities:

✦   Performs as an internal consultant and change agent.

✦   Understand and consistently apply current application development methodology attributes and processes.

✦   Collaborate, define, and maintain effective and efficient development processes, including coding standards, design philosophy, testing methodology, usage of design patterns, UI standards, development and coding tools and procedures.

✦   Ensure new enhancement requests are groomed and all scenarios are clarified before development.

✦   Develop optimal solutions keeping user needs, system performance, maintainability, and scalability in mind.

✦   Work with Lightning Flows and stay updated with latest Salesforce capabilities.

✦   Develop using Lightning Web Components.

✦   Optimize queries using indexes and skinny tables.

✦   Review development work of peers and provide feedback.

✦   Write scenario-based test classes for automated testing.

✦   Provide timely assistance to production support team.

✦   Participate in estimation, scope, and completion of development requests.

✦   Assist in training new users and enhancing Salesforce skill set across the organization.

✦   Act as liaison between users and application development teams.

✦   Ensure proper documentation using design documents and flow diagrams.

✦   Work with cross-functional teams to identify technology changes impacting business processes.

✦   Prepare flow charts, diagrams, and architectural documentation.

✦   Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

✦   Four-year degree or equivalent experience.

✦   4+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

✦   4+ years developing in APEX including Triggers, Batches, and Integration frameworks with proper design patterns.

✦   2+ years building modularized Lightning Web Components and external libraries.

✦   Experience with Lightning Flows, Platform Events, and event-based subscription patterns.

✦   Preferred experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, best practices, and functionality.

✦   Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

✦   Excellent organizational and communication skills.

✦   Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

✦   Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

✦   Ability to evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources.

✦   Ability to assess impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related systems.

✦   Proven ability to design and implement new processes.

✦   Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.

✦   Extensive knowledge of principles and concepts in the discipline.
