Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

✦   Anticipate, plan and deliver IT solutions that support enterprise strategic goals and enable increased business value.

✦   Provide technical leadership on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation.

✦   Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.

✦   Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., IIB, MuleSoft, Boomi, APIGEE, Attunity).

✦   Work with Enterprise Architects, solution and product owners to develop detailed technical designs and solutions.

✦   Support both Build and Run projects.

✦   Document requirements, functional specifications, and support functional/regression/UAT testing.

✦   Provide technical leadership and guidance to onshore/offshore teams including contractors and FTEs.

✦   Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions.

✦   Drive adoption of best practices, reusable frameworks, and standards.

Job Requirements:

✦   4–8 years of Salesforce development/engineering experience preferred.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Proficiency in Apex (triggers, classes, batch, queueable), Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flow Builder.

✦   Experience with data modeling including objects, relationships, and schema design.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.

✦   Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).

✦   Experience with deployment strategies such as Change Sets, SFDX, and packaging.

✦   Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
