Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce ecosystems aligned with architecture and best practices.

✦   Work as an internal consultant and collaborate on development processes and standards.

✦   Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Flows.

✦   Optimize queries and ensure system performance, scalability, and maintainability.

✦   Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to peers.

✦   Write test classes and support automated testing.

✦   Assist production support teams and handle enhancement requests.

✦   Participate in estimation, scope definition, and development planning.

✦   Document development tasks using design documents and flow diagrams.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business processes.

✦   Train users and support knowledge sharing within the organization.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

✦   Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong experience in Apex including triggers, batch processes, and integrations.

✦   At least 2+ years of experience in Lightning Web Components.

✦   Experience with Lightning Flows, Platform Events, and event-driven architectures.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.

✦   Experience in query optimization and use of indexes.

✦   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✦   Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
