Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

✦   Build reusable components and enforce design patterns and coding standards.

✦   Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

✦   Apply core Salesforce principles including data modeling, security, sharing model, and OOP concepts.

✦   Use low-code tools such as flows and validation rules along with custom development where required.

✦   Leverage AI tools such as Salesforce Einstein and Copilot to improve development productivity and solution design.

✦   Drive code quality through refactoring, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practices.

✦   Independently own implementation decisions and deliver with minimal supervision.

✦   Collaborate in Agile teams and participate in Scrum ceremonies and technical discussions.

✦   Use CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Jenkins for deployment and development processes.

Job Requirements:

✦   5–6+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

✦   Strong experience in Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

✦   Experience in building reusable components and scalable architecture.

✦   Strong knowledge of integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Understanding of data modeling, security model, and sharing rules.

✦   Experience with flows, validation rules, and other declarative tools.

✦   Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub and Jenkins.

✦   Ability to work independently and collaborate in Agile teams.

✦   Knowledge of AI tools like Salesforce Einstein or Copilot is a plus.
