Job Responsibilities:

✦   Plan, execute, and deliver operational technology projects on time and within budget.

✦   Lead end-to-end management of operational technology projects ensuring successful implementation and adoption.

✦   Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define deliverables and milestones.

✦   Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.

✦   Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project roadblocks.

✦   Monitor and report on project progress, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback.

✦   Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

✦   Foster continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.

✦   Provide technical understanding, training, and support to operations teams.

✦   Provide ongoing technical support for platforms.

✦   Support Salesforce development as well as mobile and web-based application development.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience with Salesforce development and platform management.

✦   Familiarity with mobile and/or web application development.

✦   Strong project management and organizational skills.

✦   Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

✦   Understanding of AI-driven processes and client service platforms is a plus.

✦   Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

✦   Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical teams.
