Job Responsibilities:

✦   Understand Salesforce platform components including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Work with Salesforce CPQ (Conga CPQ) and related configurations.

✦   Use Flow and other point-and-click tools for automation.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Test API calls using tools like Postman.

✦   Develop Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.

✦   Work with Salesforce release cycles including sandboxes and change sets.

✦   Use Data Loader, Workbench, and third-party integration tools such as MuleSoft or Zapier.

✦   Create technical design documentation and contribute to solution planning.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical architects.

✦   Support continuous improvement, innovation, and deployment processes.

✦   Assist with estimation, planning, and dependency management for technical work.

Job Requirements:

✦   2+ years of experience with Conga CPQ required.

✦   3–5 years of Salesforce implementation experience including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC.

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ domain.

✦   Experience designing and scaling REST APIs.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce architecture and multi-tenant systems.

✦   Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft or similar.

✦   Familiarity with Git version control.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce security scanning tools.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills.

✦   Ability to work with technical leads, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Additional Details:

✦   Hybrid work model (2–3 days in office depending on role).

✦   Base salary range: $76,200 – $141,400 USD per year.

✦   May include annual bonus based on performance.

✦   Experience with CPQ (Conga CPQ) strongly required.
