Job Responsibilities:

✦   Act as SME across CRM (Salesforce), sales enablement (Seismic), owning the technology roadmap for Distribution and other enterprise functions.

✦   Align priorities across stakeholders, vendors and Technology.

✦   Drive transparent decision-making and integrate stakeholder feedback through governance processes.

✦   Mentor the technology team supporting Enterprise stakeholders.

✦   Drive Agile ceremonies, resolve blockers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

✦   Develop and manage resource allocation plans. Provide clear reporting on capacity, utilization, and variances to inform decisions across stakeholders.

✦   Conduct retrospectives and implement processes, tools, and workflow enhancements to improve delivery efficiency and team performance.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Finance, or a related discipline.

✦   3-7 years of combined experience in Product Management within Asset Management.

✦   Strong domain knowledge in Distribution.

✦   Proven experience managing enterprise vendor platforms such as Salesforce and Seismic.

✦   Expertise with Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure Boards, or similar.

✦   Proficiency in data or quantitative analytics, business intelligence platforms, and general programming capabilities.

✦   Experience with data modelling and building solutions across cloud native landscape.

✦   Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

✦   Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build consensus across diverse teams.
