Job Responsibilities:
✦ Gain intimate knowledge of the business and the organization’s culture to design and build solutions aligned with key objectives.
✦ Provide thought leadership on improving operations through Salesforce features.
✦ Define and implement best practices for operational Salesforce usage.
✦ Monitor operational processes using reports, dashboards, and tools.
✦ Develop and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions.
✦ Configure FSL components such as work orders, service appointments, and scheduling.
✦ Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
✦ Integrate FSL with other systems and applications.
✦ Collaborate with business analysts and field teams.
✦ Optimize the FSL mobile app.
✦ Maintain technical and process documentation.
✦ Stay updated with Salesforce releases.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
✦ 5+ years of experience administering or developing within Salesforce.
✦ Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification.
✦ Salesforce Field Service Lightning certification.
✦ Salesforce Application, System, or Business Analyst certification preferred.
✦ Experience with Mulesoft preferred.
✦ Experience with Salesforce automations, CPQ, managed applications, middleware tools, databases, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
✦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✦ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✦ Excellent communication skills.
