Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.
✦ Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
✦ Configure FSL features such as Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, and Dispatcher Console.
✦ Work on optimization, automation, and integration with other systems.
✦ Ensure best practices in solution design and architecture.
✦ Provide support and enhancements post-implementation.
Job Requirements:
✦ Strong experience in Salesforce FSL (Field Service Lightning).
✦ Hands-on experience in configuration using Flows, Process Builder, etc.
✦ Knowledge of Service Cloud.
✦ Experience in integrations using APIs and middleware.
✦ Good understanding of scheduling and optimization in FSL.
✦ Salesforce certifications in FSL or Service Cloud are good to have.
✦ Experience in end-to-end implementations is preferred.
