Job Responsibilities:

✦   Hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows.

✦   Work with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Implement Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and best practices.

✦   Work with Agent Force capabilities including contact center automation and agent workspace.

✦   Support development and configuration activities within Salesforce platform.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Exposure to Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and best practices.

✦   Salesforce Developer certification (PD1/PD2) is a plus.

✦   Experience with Salesforce platform development is required.
