Job Responsibilities:

✦   Drive and own the long-term Salesforce roadmap aligned with business priorities across the Opportunity-to-Engagement lifecycle.

✦   Define and govern architectural vision focusing on modular, reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Design and manage enterprise-grade integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using APIs and middleware.

✦   Lead, mentor, and scale a Salesforce engineering team and drive capability building.

✦   Design scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.

✦   Develop third-party system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

✦   Provide architectural guidance for Sales Cloud, CPQ Cloud, and custom applications.

✦   Review code and enforce Salesforce best practices, security standards, and compliance.

✦   Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and technical designs.

✦   Manage CI/CD pipelines, sandbox strategy, and release governance.

✦   Guide data migrations and large-scale Salesforce transformations.

✦   Ensure platform optimization, security compliance, and technical debt management.

Job Requirements:

✦   8–10 years of post-graduation experience in Salesforce or enterprise applications.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce platform including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and declarative tools.

✦   Extensive experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Strong experience in system design, data architecture, and enterprise applications.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.

✦   Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX.

✦   Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Application Architect).

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing, and access controls.

✦   Experience leading and mentoring development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

✦   Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
