Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Service Cloud.
✦ Integrate Salesforce with core systems, third-party applications, and telephony platforms.
✦ Drive customer onboarding, relationship management, and service automation.
✦ Work with business and technical teams for requirement gathering and delivery.
✦ Conduct stakeholder workshops and ensure platform adoption.
✦ Stay updated with Salesforce AI and platform enhancements.
Job Requirements:
✦ 8–12 years of experience in Salesforce architecture.
✦ Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Service Cloud.
✦ Experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce.
✦ Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration using APIs, CTI, and IVR.
✦ Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, and data modeling.
✦ Understanding of customer lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.
✦ Preferred experience with Salesforce certifications (FSC, Service Cloud, or Architect).
✦ Experience in contact center technologies and service analytics is preferred.
✦ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
✦ Ability to design scalable and enterprise-grade solutions.
