Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s Degree.
✦ 4 years of experience.
✦ Oral and written proficiency in English required.
✦ Bachelor’s Degree in BE, B Tech, MCA, M.Sc, M.E, M.Tech preferred.
✦ Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant preferred.
✦ Designing Agentforce workflows and automation skills.
✦ API integration and workflow automation capabilities.
✦ Familiarity with integration platforms and data management practices.
✦ Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and Apex development.
✦ Implementation experience with Salesforce Field Service.
✦ Experience in Field Service execution and FSL Mobile customization.
✦ Experience in scheduling optimization and dispatch processes.
