Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead requirements gathering workshops and business analysis activities for Salesforce FSL projects.

✦   Prepare functional design documents and user stories for Agile development.

✦   Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

✦   Support Agile project delivery through continuous collaboration with technical and business teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of experience in business analysis with focus on Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).

✦   Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform and understanding of business processes.

✦   Experience in writing functional design documents and user stories for Agile projects.

✦   Experience in leading requirements gathering workshops.

✦   Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for stakeholder management.

✦   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   Experience working on complex software projects.

✦   Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech or MCA.
