Job Responsibilities:

✦   Customize and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions to support field service operations.

✦   Develop and configure FSL components including Service Territories, Work Orders, Scheduling Policies, Service Resources, Skills, and Dispatcher Console.

✦   Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Aura, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.

✦   Integrate Salesforce FSL with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

✦   Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, defects, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.

✦   Ensure system security, data integrity, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

✦   Support configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.

✦   Collaborate with architects, analysts, testers, and product owners.

✦   Maintain documentation for configuration, development, integrations, and deployments.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 5+ years of experience on Salesforce platform.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).

✦   Strong understanding of FSL data model and operational concepts.

✦   Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware.

✦   Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

✦   Experience in deployment and release management.

✦   Familiarity with Agentforce concepts.

✦   Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams.
