Job Responsibilities:

✦   Customize and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions to support field service operations.

✦   Develop and configure key FSL components including:

✦   Service Territories

✦   Work Orders

✦   Scheduling Policies

✦   Service Resources

✦   Skills

✦   Dispatcher Console

✦   Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Aura, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.

✦   Integrate Salesforce FSL with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

✦   Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce/FSL solutions.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, defects, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.

✦   Ensure system security, data integrity, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

✦   Support configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.

✦   Handle Salesforce deployments across environments using standard deployment tools and processes.

✦   Collaborate with architects, business analysts, testers, product owners, and integration teams.

✦   Maintain clear documentation for configuration, development, integrations, and deployment activities.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning / Field Service.

✦   Strong understanding of FSL data model and operational concepts.

✦   Experience configuring Service Territories, Service Resources, Skills, Work Orders, Scheduling Policies, and Dispatcher Console.

✦   Strong hands-on expertise in:

✦   Apex

✦   Visualforce

✦   Lightning Web Components

✦   Aura Components

✦   SOQL / SOSL

✦   Salesforce Flows

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware.

✦   Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

✦   Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and data access controls.

✦   Experience in Salesforce deployment and release management.

✦   Foundational understanding of Agentforce.

✦   Ability to work in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

✦   Salesforce Field Service Lightning certification preferred.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer certification is desirable.

✦   Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

✦   Experience working with integration platforms or middleware.

✦   Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git, or similar.
