Job Requirements:
✦ • Bachelor’s degree required.
✦ • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Functional BA in Salesforce ecosystems.
✦ • Proficiency in English (oral and written).
✦ • Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and/or Service Cloud.
✦ • Experience in QA processes including test planning, execution, and defect management.
✦ • Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and write user stories.
✦ • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
✦ • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
✦ • Experience with QA tools such as Salesforce Test Center is a plus.
