Salesforce FSL Service Cloud BA – Senior Associate
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency.

✦   Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications.

✦   Define and execute QA strategies including test planning, test case design, functional testing, regression testing, and UAT coordination.

✦   Mentor junior team members to enhance their functional and QA skills.

✦   Collaborating with clients to understand their strategic objectives and align solutions accordingly.

✦   Utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning to enhance client service capabilities.

✦   Developing and maintaining project architecture and budgeting to support client engagements.

✦   Engaging in business process modeling to identify opportunities for process standardization.

✦   Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations.

✦   Supporting enterprise integration and technology implementation projects.

✦   Embracing change and emerging technologies to drive innovative design and solutions.

✦   Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and technical skills development.

Job Requirements:

✦   At least a Bachelor’s degree.

✦   At least 4 years of experience.

✦   Oral and written proficiency in English required.

✦   Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems.

✦   At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications.

✦   Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning.

✦   Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex business processes.

✦   Developing training materials for Salesforce implementations.

✦   Embracing change and innovation in technology integration.

✦   Excelling in communication and teamwork within client-focused environments.
