Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s Degree.
✦ Minimum 4 years of experience as a Functional BA in Salesforce ecosystems.
✦ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and/or Service Cloud.
✦ Minimum 2 years of experience in QA processes including test planning, execution, and defect management.
✦ Oral and written proficiency in English required.
✦ Experience leading requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
✦ Ability to write clear user stories and functional specifications.
✦ Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments.
✦ Experience managing stakeholder relationships.
✦ Experience supporting data mapping and integration needs.
✦ Experience with QA tools such as Salesforce Test Center.
