Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Force.com (Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components — Aura and Lightning Web Components).

✦   Build and maintain full-stack applications outside the Salesforce ecosystem, including front-end components (TypeScript, modern JavaScript), backend services and APIs (Golang or Node.js), and data models and database-centric solutions.

✦   Build and maintain Salesforce apps hosted on AppExchange using second-generation managed packages (2GP).

✦   Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST-based APIs and backend services.

✦   Build future integration points between Salesforce and custom backend applications.

✦   Use low-code / no-code iPaaS solutions to integrate platforms such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other cloud CRMs.

✦   Take ownership of data modelling, data integrity, and lifecycle management across systems.

✦   Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation.

✦   Maintain alignment with Salesforce and general software engineering best practices.

✦   Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decision-making, and continuous improvement.

✦   Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, testable solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   A strong can-do attitude and desire to grow as an engineer.

✦   1–2 years’ experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

✦   1–2 years’ experience developing fullstack applications.

✦   Salesforce Certified Developer (Platform Developer I or II, or Platform App Builder).

✦   Strong experience with Apex and Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).

✦   Solid understanding of TypeScript / JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

✦   Hands-on experience building and integrating backend services and APIs.

✦   Experience with data modelling, database concepts, and data ownership.

✦   Strong experience with web services and platform integrations.

✦   Good understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth 2.0).

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via callouts and APIs.

✦   Good working knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.

✦   Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community modules.

✦   Experience with Salesforce DevOps, version control, and CI/CD (GitHub or Gitlab).

✦   Experience creating workflows using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.

✦   Understanding of UX/UI principles and building user-centric interfaces.

✦   Strong verbal and written communication skills.

✦   Functional knowledge of Agentforce and how it works.
